Earlier, it was expected that Australian MATES Visa 403 will open on 1 Nov,2024 but it was delayed. The prime reason being Diwali celebrations in India on above date. Secondly, Australian elections are due on next year, so prime embassy officers are quite busy. Above all, the process of winding up of Australian Work and Holiday Visa 462 is also in full swing. So, all these contributed to delay in opening of ballot for the Australian MATES Visa 403. Now, the question arises when the ballot will open? So, as per the information from Australian Embassy it has been confirmed that ballot will open in late 2024 and no confirmed date has been announced yet.
